Elaine M. McCollum

RAYNHAM----Elaine M. McCollum of Raynham, formerly of HYde Park and Roslindale, died Saturday, June 23, 2012 at home under the care of her niece.

Born in Boston on May 25, 1927, a daughter of the late Harold McCollum and Ruth (Curtis) (McCollum) Flynn, she was raised in Boston and was a graduate of Jeremiah Burke High School.

Elaine was employed in the Jewelry repair industry and worked in the Boston Jeweler's Building in Boston for 40 years. She enjoyed going for car rides thru the back roads of New England.

Elaine is survived by a sister, Rosemarie Cherico of Foxboro, a brother, Robert McCollum of CA and was also the sister of the late Claire Shea and Dorothy Botterman; aunt of Valarie Chmielorz of Raynham; also survived by other nieces and nephews.
