EASTON——-Toni S. (Gallo) Chiacchieri, 64, a lifelong resident of Easton, died Sunday, February 5, 2017 at the Hellenic Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Canton with her family at her side after a period of failing health. She was the wife of Stephen D. Chiacchieri for 43 years.

Born in Brockton, a daughter of Phyllis (Golder) Gallo of Easton and the late Anthony "Tony" Gallo, she was raised in Easton and was a graduate of Oliver Ames High School and continued her education at Art School.

Toni was employed for 17 years at the former Goddard Hospital in Stoughton as a secretary and later as a time keeper.

She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, daughter and sister.

In addition to her husband Stephen and her mother Phyllis, she is survived by her children, Robin Ruehrwein of Middleboro, Tara Verbeek of Hudson and Brian Chiacchieri of Quincy; a sister, Karen Gallo of Easton; and five grandchildren, Zane, Jared, Nathan, Frankie and Brian III

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral on Friday at 10:00 a.m. in Kane Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 605 Washington Street (Rte.138) Easton. Interment will follow in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Easton. Visiting hours on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. For directions or condolences visit www.kanefuneralhome.com
