EASTON—-Sarah V. Bresnahan, 19, a lifelong resident of Easton, died unexpectedly on Thursday, April 6, 2017 in Deerfield from injuries sustained in an auto accident.

Born in Plymouth, a daughter of Mark and Cynthia (Hodges) Bresnahan, she was raised in Easton and was a 2016 graduate of Oliver Ames High School. She continued her education at UMass Amherst and was in her freshman year as an accounting major.

While in high school she was a member of the Oliver Ames Ski Team as well as track. She worked part-time for North Easton Savings Bank as a bank teller at the Rte. 123 Depot Street location.

Sarah was beautiful, sweet, smart, hardworking, had an uncontrollable laugh, and an unconditional love for her family. She adored her brother Thomas.

She really enjoyed time with family during Kucios (Lithuanian celebration on Christmas Eve), Easter, and the 4th of July on Big Sandy Pond. Family trips to Grand Cayman, Stowe, VT, and ME including Brezfest. Her love for travel including trips to Lithuania, France, England, Ireland and Burke Mtn. She loved to ski in Stowe and at Burke and loved being on the ski team. Her passion for dance was across a few different schools culminating her final years at Dance Express.

In addition to her parents Mark and Cynthia, she is survived by a brother, Thomas M. Bresnahan of Boston; her maternal grandmother, Vita (Smidtas) Hodges of Plymouth; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She was also the maternal granddaughter of the late Joseph Hodges and paternal granddaughter of the late Richard and Dorothy (Morris) Bresnahan.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. at Kane Funeral Home & Cremation Services 605 Washington Street (Rte.138) Easton. A funeral Mass will be held in the Holy Cross Church, 225 Purchase Street, Easton, at 10:00 a.m on Wednesday. Interment will be private.
