EASTON—-Ronald L. Mills, 74, a resident of Easton for the past 39 years, died Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton after a brief illness. He was the husband of Susan M. (Healey) Mills for 53 years.

Born in Boston, a son of the late Roger L. And Marion (Meagher) Mills, he was a veteran of the US Navy having served as an E-2.

Upon honorable discharge he began his working career as a senior buyer of electronics and was employed for 30 years with Instron Corporation of Canton.

A devoted husband, father and grandfather, Ronald was a member of the Mansfield Fish & Game and he enjoyed carpentry and landscaping.

In addition to his wife Susan, he is survived by two sons, Gregory Mills and his wife Karen of Easton and David Mills and his wife Brittany of Easton; four grandchildren, Jessica Mills. Jacqueline Mills, Ainsley Mills and Daelen Mills all of Easton; his siblings, Russ Mills of Brockton, Gary Mills of Easton, Joyce Melanson of Pembroke, Beverly Mills of FL, Debbie Kozlowski of FL and the late Nancy Mills. also survived by nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. in Kane Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 605 Washington Street (Rte.138) Easton. Interment will follow in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Easton. Visiting hours on Monday 4-6 p.m. For directions or condolences visit
