Heart Emblem

NORWOOD – Robin J. Kampen, age 56, of Norwood, passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on April 1, 2021. She was the beloved daughter of Anthony Allen of Norwood and the late Jane (Matanis) Allen.

Robin was born, raised and educated in Norwood. She was employed for many years with Norwood Printing where she loved to work with her fellow employees. Prior to Norwood Printing she was employed as a commercial truck driver and also as a courier for Damon Labs.

Her love of the road did not stop there for Robin. She loved riding her Road King, enjoying many open road rides and traveling yearly to Laconia, NH.

Robin was always so much fun and enjoyed socializing with all types of people. She also loved to cook, garden, and camp with family and friends.

She sacrificed so much to be able to be home and care for her father and late mother and wouldn't have had it any other way. Her love and caring for them as well as for her entire family was always evident.

In addition to her father, Robin's survivors include, her siblings: Neil Kampen and his wife Tina Vasquezi of Grafton, NH; Cheryl Iovanni and her husband Joe of Gaysville, VT; Marjorie McMorrow and her husband Dave of Johnston, RI; Kevin Kampen and his wife Sue of Naples, FL; Julie Lyon of Brookfield, VT; Erik Allen and his fiancé Laura of Attleboro, MA; Tami Allen and her husband George of Halifax, MA, and Karen Allen of MA. She was also the beloved aunt to many nieces, nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews.

Robin's funeral arrangements are being held privately, her family is planning a memorial celebration for her at a later date. Arrangements were held by the Kane Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Easton. For online condolences visit: kanefuneralhome.com
