EASTON- Robert L. Pollard, age 65, entered into eternal life on November 19, 2016 after a brief illness. Bob was born and raised in Braintree and has lived in Easton since 1985. He graduated from Suffolk University and received a masters degree from Northeastern University. Mr. Pollard served in the Mass Army National Guard for 21 years, retiring as a major. He was a manager for A.T.&T.Communications and Lucent Technologies retiring after many YEARS. After that, he worked for Blue Cross and Blue Shield as a case specialist. Until May of this year, he worked for the Comm. Of Ma Division of unemployment . Bob was devoted to his family and enjoyed gardening. Beloved husband of Charlotte V. (Maling) Pollard. Devoted father of Melinda Nelhuebel and her husband Matthew of Easton. Loving papa to Lenore, Liesel, and Violet. Beloved brother of the late Alan W.Pollard.

Funeral from the Kane Funeral Home 605 Washington St. Route 138 Easton on Wednesday November 23 at 9 am. Funeral Mass in Immaculate Conception Church Easton at 10 am. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Visiting hours on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. Burial in Immaculate Conception Cemetery. For directions,
