EASTON----Natalie A. (Koohtow) Turner, 92, of Tarpon Springs, FL., formerly of Easton, passed away on Saturday, January 2, 2020 at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Plymouth. She was the wife of the late George Turner Jr.
Born in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada she was the daughter of the late Walter and Eugenia Ferley and was raised and educated in Canada. Natalie continued her education at McGill University in Montreal studying chemistry and earning a bachelor's degree.
Natalie was employed for over 35 years with Gillette as chemist in the product and development division and rising to a senior post for the Latin American and Asia-Pacific markets, retiring in 1989. An avid golfer, she enjoyed sewing and was a founding Board member and longtime sponsor or the Children's Museum of Easton. In 2019 Sue received the coveted Marquis Who's Who award for her longevity and demonstrated unwavering excellence in her chosen field.
Natalie is survived by two step-sons, George Turner III and Robert Turner; sister of Alexandra Kerr and Geraldine Koohtow of Canada and the late Alice Nettleton; aunt of George Nettleton Jr, Nancy Roman, Gordon Kerr, Natalie Crawford, Robert Kerr and Pamela Kerr.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours with capacity restrictions, mask & social distancing on Thursday 4-7 p.m. in Kane Funeral Home & Cremation Services 605 Washington Street (Rte.138) Easton.
