EASTON----Mary Afarian, 87, of Easton, formerly of Randolph, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 25, 2018 at Baypointe Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center with her family at her side. She was the wife of the late Charles R. Afarian.

Born in Cambridge, a daughter of the late Harry and Lillian (Holegian) Halajian, she was raised in Cambridge and was a graduate of Cambridge High & Latin.

A devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother family was her life. A resident of Randolph for 40 years she moved to Easton 5 years ago. Mary enjoyed quilting, reading, cooking and time spent with family.

Mary is survived by two daughters, Joanne Afarian of Watertown and Carol Martucelli of Easton and was the mother of the late Donna Richardi and Elaine Bouzan. Grandmother of Leo, Zach, Albert, Charlie and Rachel; also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Grace Mabardy, Sam Halajian, Charles Halajian and Sue Jaranian.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Saturday at 1-4 p.m. in Kane Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 605 Washington Street (Rte.138) Easton, followed by a funeral service at 4:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
