STOUGHTON---Lewis A. Sipos, 65, a resident of Stoughton for 25 years, died Saturday, September 30, 2010 at Goddard Rehabilitation & Nursing Center after a long illness. He was the husband of Iris S. (Flax) Sipos for 41 years.

Born in New York, New York on April 9, 1945, a son of the late Lewis A. and Emily (Passegiato) Sipos, he was raised in New York and was a graduate of Taft High School. A veteran of the US Navy he served as an E-3 during the Vietnam War.

Mr. Sipos was employed as a planner in the Printing Industry. He enjoyed golfing and reading and most importantly spending time with his family.

In addition to his wife Iris, he is survived by two children, Jill Carter of Southborough and Joy Cayer of Northborough; a brother, Steven Sipos of NY; and three grandchildren, Mark Cayer, Natalie Cayer and David Carter.

Private family services were held on Saturday, October 2, 2010 in Kane Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 605 Washington Street (Rte.138) Easton.
