WEST BRIDGEWATER——Leanne Turpin Wood, 45, a lifelong resident of West Bridgewater, died unexpectedly Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at UMass Medical Center in Worcester.

Born in Stoughton, a daughter of John and Cynthia (Baker) Turpin III of West Bridgewater, she was raised in West Bridgewater and was a graduate of West Bridgewater High School.

Leanne was employed as an Equestrian. She loved animals and nature and was an enjoyed gardening.

In addition to her parents John and Cynthia Turpin III, she is survived by her children, Stormy Wood of Bridgewater, John Wood of Bridgewater and James Murad of East Freetown; two sisters, Laurie Mullaly of Easton and Lynne Nickerson of East Freetown; also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Monday from 4-7 p.m. in Kane Funeral Home & Cremation Services 605 Washington Street (Rte.138) Easton followed by a funeral services at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home. For directions or condolences visit kanefuneralhome.com
