Heart Emblem

EASTON--Kirke Robert Calley Sr. (Duke) passed away unexpectedly, but peacefully in his sleep at home. The loving husband to Sandra (Sandy), married for over 60 years and father to Michelle, Kevin, Tobie and Kirke Jr., Grandfather (Gramps) to Paul, Bryanna, Brandon, Alanna, Ashley, Abby and Meggan. Father-in-law to Elisa, Elsa, Joe and Dave he was adored by his many extended family members.

Duke was a member of Teamsters Union Local 379, driving trucks for over 40 years. He loved singing along to "Oldies" music every Friday night by the fireplace and drinking his coffee flavored brandy. He was an avid bowler and pool player. He would spend every day selecting one of his enormous collection of baseball hats and comical t-shirts, choosing one that always reflected his mood of the day. He loved all New England sports, especially the Patriots, fishing with his grandchildren, or just going for a drive in his truck.

He cherished going to breakfast every Sunday with his beloved Sandy. But what he loved most of all, was attending and watching his grandchildren play sports. He was their biggest fan and cheerleader. May God Bless, protect and watch over him for us, as well as, watch over his family until we all meet again.

Your loving family!
