EASTON- Jean C. (Landry) Huntington, 71, a resident of North Easton for the past 36 years, formerly of East Boston and Brockton, died Thursday, July 20, 2017 at her home peacefully surrounded by her family. She was the wife of 49 years to Peter E. Huntington.

Born in Boston, daughter of the late Henry and Bertha Mae (Clardy) Landry, she was raised and educated in Billerica. .
Jean was a dedicated homemaker who cherished time spent with her family.

In addition to her husband Peter, she is survived by two daughters, Wendy Huntington of Marshfield and Catherine Higgins and her husband Theodore of Wareham; four sisters, Betty Rowe of Epson, NH, Dorothy McGarth of Tucson, AZ, Nancy Leary of Loudon, NH and Cora Pina of Brockton; four grandchildren, Margaret Gallant, Jessica Higgins, Theodore Higgins II and Leah Higgins; three great grandchildren, Maggie, Aiden and Logan. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Robert Landry, Henry Landry, Margaret Bousfield and Jesse Landry.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours at the Kane Funeral Home & Cremation Services 605 Washington Street (Rte. 138) Easton, on Wednesday, July 26th from 4 to 7 pm. Burial to be held at a later date. For directions or condolences visit kanefuneralhome.com
