Jane ( Berrigan) Moroney, age 88, of Jamaica Palin & Easton, passed away peacefully on July 4, 2021. She was the Devoted Loving wife of the late Michael J. Moroney.

Born in Boston, raised and educated in Jamaica Plain. She was the daughter of the late John and Janet (McElaney) Berrigan. Jane was a graduate of Norte Dame Academy and furthered her education by attending evening school for Licensed Practitioner Nurse Program and then receiving her certification as an L P N. She was employed in the medical industry for many years.

Jane was a devoted wife and mother, she enjoyed her time spent with her entire family.

An Avid golfer, Jane was a member of Pine Oaks Golf Club of South Easton and achieved a "Hole in one".

Jane is survived by her seven Devoted and Loving Children, Michael Moroney and his wife Carol, Donna Moroney, Robert Moroney, Jane Glynn and her husband William, Richard Moroney and his wife Diane, Barbara Moroney and William Moroney and his wife Eileen. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was also mother of the late John Moroney and sister of the late John F. and Arthur Berrigan.

Her funeral mass will be held Monday, July 12th at 10:30 am at Holy Cross Church, 225 Purchase St. Easton. Interment to follow at South Easton Cemetery. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held at the Kane Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 605 Washington St Easton on Sunday, July 11th from 2 to 5 pm.

In lieu of flowers donations in her name may be made to the Holy Cross Church Building Fund.
