EASTON——Florence M. (Randall) Williams, 83, a lifelong resident of Easton, died Friday, April 13, 2018 at Baypointe Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. She was the wife of the late George C. "Joe" Williams.

Born in Easton, a daughter of the late Francis W and Hazel S. (DeMaranville) Randall, she was raised in Easton and was a graduate of Oliver Ames High School. Florence continued her education at Brockton Beauty Academy for Hairdressing.

A licensed professional hairdresser she was a former member of the Evangelical Congregational church of Easton. A collector of antique cars she was a member of the Bay State Antique Auto Club.

An extensive traveler, Florence visited 48 States within the United States. An avid genealogist she wrote an extensive genealogy book on the DeMaranville family which she passed onto her family.

Florence was an avid square dancer with her late husband Joe and her hobbies included planting vegetable gardens, crocheting and knitting. She was a devoted mother who enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Florence is survived by her children, Anita L. Minnette and her husband Bruce of Easton, George C. WilliamsJr., Peabody, and Brenda L. Mathers of Easton; 9 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. She was the mother-in-law of the late Richard "Bear" Mathers and sister of the late Vivian Holmes, Francis Randall, Jr., and Melvin Randall.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Tuesday morning from 10 am. To 11:00 a.m. in Kane Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 605 Washington Street (Rte.138) Easton, followed by a Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations in Florence's memory may be sent to the Richard Bear Mathers Memorial Scholarship Fund/Knights of Columbus c/o Oliver Ames High School, 100 Lothrop Street, North Easton, MA. 02356.
