EASTON---Elizabeth L. (Anderson) Anderson, 68, a longtime resident of Easton, passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2020 at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Boston surrounded by family.. She was the wife of Michael R. Anderson for 32 years.

Born in Stoughton, a daughter of the late Robert and Jean (Greeley) Anderson, she was raised in Stoughton and was a graduate of Stoughton High School class of 1969.

Beth was employed at Good Samaritan Medical Center for 31 years. She started in the Emergency Department then transitioned into Medical Records, where she spent the majority of her career before retiring in 2018. Beth enjoyed the many friendships she made during her time there and was loved by all who knew her.

A former cake decorator she enjoyed reading and traveling to New Hampshire and Cape Cod. Beth had a calming presence and always a kind word to share. She was a giver who would sacrifice her own needs to help those she loved. Her greatest enjoyment in life came from spending time with her grandchildren.

Beth was recently predeceased by her daughter Holly A. Hayes of Easton. She helped care for her for many years, after her passing she became the caregiver of her amazing granddaughter Emma.

In addition to her husband Michael she is survived by her son, Scott Risotti and his wife Jennifer of Easton; her siblings, Robert Anderson and his wife Karen of TN., William Anderson of Brockton, Donald Anderson of Walpole and Jay Anderson of Stoughton; her beloved four grandchildren, Emma Hayes of Easton, Nicolas Risotti of Easton currently serving with the Navy, Sophia Risotti of Easton and Jonathan Risotti of Easton; and several nieces and nephews.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Federal and State emergency funeral services are private. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date and time to be announced. Donations in Elizabeth's memory may be sent to American Diabetes Association, 260 Cochituate Rd., #200, Framingham, MA. 01701.
