EASTON——Donna K. (Kudzy) McIntyre, 60, a resident of Easton for the past 30 years, died Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at home under the care of her family. She was the wife of Kevin G. McIntyre, Esq. for 35 years.

Born in Kingston, NY, a daughter of Theodore M. Kudzy of Red Hook, NY and the late Mary E. (O'Leary) Kudzy, she was raised in Red Hook, NY and was a graduate of Red Hook High School. Donna continued her undergraduate studies at The Catholic University of America where she received a bachelor's degree in speech and language pathology. She furthered her education earning a master's degree from SUNY Geneseo in speech and language pathology.

She was employed for many years as a speech and language pathologist for CHARMS Collaborative of Stoughton.

A cherished wife and devoted mother, Donna enjoyed gardening, reading, cooking, and giving to others.

In addition to her husband Kevin, she is survived by three children, Connor L. McIntyre of Baltimore, MD, Molly E. McIntyre of Easton, and Kiernan S. McIntyre of Watertown; her father Theodore M. Kudzy of Red Hook, NY; a sister, Mary M. Gilfeather and her husband Michael of Pleasantville, NY; a brother, Stephen M. Kudzy and his wife Mary Kate of Fairfield, CT; and many nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Mark J. Kudzy, who was married to Cynthia Bardwell Kudzy of Norwalk, CT.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from Kane Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 605 Washington Street (Rte.138) Easton on Monday at 9:00 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass in the Chapel of Mary, Stonehill College, Easton, at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in South Easton Cemetery. Visiting hours on Saturday from 2-6 p.m. and Sunday 2-6 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations in Donna's memory may be sent to VNA Care, Network & Hospice, Development Office, 199 Rosewood Drive, Suite 180, Danvers, MA 01923-1388 or to the Easton Veterans Discretionary Fund, 15 Barrows Street, Easton, MA 02356.
