EASTON — Catherine Harrington Droukas, 68, a resident of Easton for the past 24 years, died August 17, 2017 at home under the care of her family. She was the wife of Stephen Droukas for 28 years, and mother to Christopher and Stephanie Droukas.

Born in Newton to the late Robert and Barbara Harrington, Cathi was raised and educated in Watertown. She continued her education at Framingham State College, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in history.

Cathi served as a paraprofessional at Parkview School for seventeen years, where she worked passionately and tirelessly to improve the lives and education of young children in the community. Cathi also enjoyed skiing in New Hampshire and traveling with her family.

In addition to her husband Stephen and her two children, she is survived by two brothers, William Harrington of Newport, RI, and Kevin Harrington of Raleigh, NC; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was also the sister of the late Robert Harrington.

In accordance with Catherine's wishes, funeral services are private. Arrangements are by Kane Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Easton. For condolences, visit kanefuneralhome.com.
