STOUGHTON – Carl Robert "Bob" Carpenter of Stoughton, age 81, passed away peacefully at Seasons Hospice in Milton on April 25, 2021.

Robert was born May 2, 1939 in New Bedford. He was the son of the late Carl and Ruth (Gustavson) Carpenter.

He was educated in Easton schools and was a graduate of Massachusetts College of Pharmacy. Bob was employed as a pharmacist at the former Easton Pharmacy and Sadells for 50 years." Many called him Doctor Bob".

Bob enjoyed gardening, fishing, boating, dogs, horses and loved his cat Kiki.

Bob is survived by his daughter Kristen; a sister, Jean Shearing and her husband Sydney; a brother, Richard Carpenter and his wife Janet (Hill); He was the uncle of Bonnie and Scott Shearing and Kevin Carpenter and great uncle of four.

Bob's funeral services are being held privately by his family.
