EASTON——Bonnie Lee (Bryan) MacKenzie, 73, a resident of Easton for 30 years, died Sunday, April 30, 2017 at Blue Hills Health & Rehabilitation in Stoughton with her loving family at her side.

Born in Charlestown, a daughter of the late John and Frances (Sweeney) Bryan, she was raised and educated in Charlestown. She continued her education at Brockton Hospital School of Nursing.

Bonnie was employed as a pediatric nurse at Brockton Hospital for 20 years. She was a resident of Revere for 15 years and also lived in Winthrop.

Bonnie served as a girl scout assistant for Troop 85457 in Revere. An avid bingo player she was outgoing and friendly to those she would meet.

Bonnie is survived by her beloved daughter, Michelle MacKenzie of Whitman; her former husband, Duncan Mackenzie of Easton; her granddaughter, Madison Lee MacKenzie of Whitman; her daughter-in-law, Lucinda MacKenzie of Easton: and a sister, Doreen Sweeney of Franklin. Also survived by several cousins. She was also the mother of the late James MacKenzie.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. in Kane Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 605 Washington Street (Rte.138) Easton, followed by a funeral service at 8:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
