ROCHESTER-----Ann C. Blasenak, 82, of Rochester, formerly of Medway, died Sunday, July 15, 2018 at Life Care Center of West Bridgewater after a period of failing health.

Born in Norwood, a daughter of the late Frederick and Catherine (Tassanari) Blasenak, she was raised in Boston and was a 1953 graduate of Roslindale High School.

Ann was employed as a financial analyst for Arthur D. Little of Boston for 30 years.

An avid sports enthusiast, she enjoyed skating and skiing. In the 1960's she placed second in the country racing hydroplanes. She was an equestrian rider who owned several horses. She lived in Medway for 22 years before moving to Rochester in 1994.

She is survived by a brother, David H. Blasenak of Rochester; and several nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Frederick Blasenak Jr.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a graveside service on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. in Highland Cemetery, 320 Winter Street, Norwood.
