EASTON——Anita M. (Mann) Smith-Redmond, 86, a resident of Easton for the past 15 years, died Monday, October 30, 2017 at Southeast Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center of Easton after a period of failing health. She was the wife of Donald A. Redmond for 20 years.

Born in New Brunswick, Canada, a daughter of Joseph Mann, she was raised in Maine and was a graduate of Biddeford High School.

She lived in Brockton for several years prior to moving to Easton.

A homemaker devoted to family, Anita enjoyed playing cards with friends and was an avid cook.

In addition to her husband Donald, she is survived by three sons, Jeffrey Smith of Manchester, NH., Steven Smith of Mansfield, and Michael Smith of Easton; a brother, Ronald Mann of FL.; 8 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, one great grandchild and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by several brothers and sisters.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Saturday from 2-4 p.m. in Kane Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 605 Washington Street (Rte.138) Easton, followed by a funeral service at 4:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
