Tribute & Message From The Family

BROCKTON – Antonino Scuderi, age 86, passed away peacefully at the Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton on January 11, 2021. He was the beloved husband of Vincenza (Scolaro) Scuderi.

Born in San Marco di Novara, Sicily, he was a son of the late Filippo and Giuseppa (Scuderi) Scuderi. Antonino, with his wife, in 1961 relocated to Switzerland. This is where Antonino learned the welding trade, becoming a certified welder. Ten years later in 1971, with his wife and two children, he relocated to Brockton. Finding employment in the construction industry, he used his skills as a welder and retired after working for many years.

True to his Italian roots, he enjoyed making wine with family and friends. He also enjoyed tending and watching his vegetable garden and fruit trees grow. Most of all, he cherished time spent with his family, especially his grandchildren whom he loved so very much.

In addition to his loving wife Vincenza, of sixty years, he is survived by his beloved children, Pina Dunklee and her husband Donald of West Bridgewater, Domenica Scuderi and her fiancé Dan Leonard of E. Falmouth, Linda Moro and her husband Brian of South Easton and Antonino Scuderi and his wife Joanne of South Easton; beloved grandfather of Dylan Dunklee, Christian Moro, Olivia Moro, Cameron Moro, and Benjamin Scuderi. He is also survived by siblings, both in Italy and Switzerland, and several nieces and nephews.

Due to the Pandemic, the Scuderi family will be holding a private family funeral. A memorial Mass will be celebrated at a later date. For online condolences visit:
