BUZZARDS BAY – Josephine N. Fleming, age 58, passed at home peacefully. Born in Brockton and raised in Easton, Josephine was a triplet born to the late Robert and Roberta (Holmes) Fleming.
Josephine attended the Perkins School for the Blind in Watertown. She had a love for arts and crafts as well a love for good food. Mostly Josephine treasured the time spent with her family .
The family of Josephine would like to thank all the kind staff of Community Systems in Plymouth for all their dedication in taking care of Josephine, as well as Gene Hoyt of the commission for the Blind, who's love and support for Josephine was immense.
Josephine is survived by her siblings, Mary Andrea of Weymouth, Jane Kachel of RI, Michael Fleming of SC, Patty Doyle of Easton, Linda Robino of Brockton, Jessie Blais of Easton, Theodore Fleming of Shirley and Marion Fleming. She is also survived many nieces and nephews. She is also the sister of the late Jeffrey Fleming, Amy Fleming, Sally Lemar and William Fleming.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. in Furnace Village Cemetery, 69 South Street, Easton. Arrangements are by Kane Funeral Home, Easton.
