Condolence & Memory Journal

Jack, always with a kind word. Seldom mad but I have seen him that way.
First to forgive. Great guy to fish with. I will always remember the trips the guys took up to "The Hill" in New Hampshire, good times, fondly remembered times.
I think that Jack made us "better"... better people, better friends. Miss ya Buddy.

Our hearts and minds are saddened by the passing of Jack. We have enjoyed years of knowing him and his impish smile and twinkle in his eye. Judy you have been his rock and we think of you and your family. My memories of many good times skiing, summer cookouts and listening to stories of the Hyde Park boys. Know that Jack is smiling down at you from heaven and is at peace. We love you and we will get together soon. Love and peace. Sydney, Bob and Matt.

The times I shared with Jack on the softball field were special. His devotion to his teammates was incredible. Rest in Peace my friend.

I was so lucky to move to Hyde Park Mass when I was 6 years old. It was a duplex house at 40 Pierce St. Jack and his family lived on 1 side and me and my family lived on the other. Jack instantly became my big brother and his Dad became the only father figure I ever had. Jack was 12 and I was 6. I have so many wonderful memories growing up in that house with Jack's family and I will always cherish those days and all the years after that. Thanks to Jack I have the best core group of friends that he introduced me to at a very young age that to this day I know our bonds will never be broken. Jack I love you my dear friend and I thank you for being my best big brother for all of these 55 years. Rest In Peace and I know you'll always be with all of us until we meet again.

I am a member of St Ann's choir and will miss John very much. His sense of humor brought many smiles and laughs to Tuesday evening rehearsals. I know he is now singing with angels, but our choir will surely miss his wonderful voice! My thoughts and prayers are with your family. May your memories bring smiles though you mourn his departure. God Bless.
