Father Vinny,
You are such a dynamic soul. Thank you for making our son Myles' First Holy Communion so very special...Along with everything else you offered here at the West Rutland, VT parishes...With so much spark, moxy and class. We were all so disappointed when you needed to move along to your next station of service....Yet understood the calling. We are so grateful to have had the time we did with you. And to his family members and inner sanctum of friends...As our Native American friends remind us...."There is never an end, rather a change of worlds." Keep working your magic on the other side, as we know you will...Lord knows we need it. All blessings....This is beautiful:

Although we are sad at the loss of this wonderful man, I know the Angel's are joyous in his arrival. I will never understand why God would call home such a wonderful priest so early. But I will tell you that the time I spent with Fr. Vince is time I will always remember and has put me closer to the church. From what I read, most people feel the same way. From Vermont to Indiana to NJ, this amazing man of God has left his mark and his love. If that is the Lord's plan, then mission accomplished! RIP Father Vince. You have touched many!

Fr. Vince is such a gentle kind soul. I’ll always remember the year he played the Easter bunny and was the tallest Easter bunny I’ve ever seen. As he and I went around to the different classes I kept telling him Easter bunnies don’t talk but he kept on talking. The kids loved him.

Fr. Vince will be sorely missed. His homilies were top notch. Whenever I played the organ at Max Kolby, I looked forward to seeing Fr Vince. I loved the way he listened to the people who wanted to talk to him after Mass. I’d wait my turn letting the seniors greet Fr. Vince. This provided me the chance to observe him talk to each person with a sincere interest.

He was such a wonderful man. Kind and Gentle he will be truely missed. When he was at our parish he made it so warm and inviting. We loved his decorations for all the seasons and really miss that. Rest in peace my friend.
